Do you have a planned shutdown or maintenance event scheduled? Let us help you with our design experience and in-house metal fabrication capabilities.
How Can We Help You?
The cement industry is a building block of the construction industry in the United States. Few construction projects can take place without utilizing cement somewhere in the design and end result. Like the construction industry, cement consumption is largely dependent on weather conditions and time of year. Depending on the region, winter is certainly a slow season when it comes to construction and cement use. In fact, nearly two-thirds of U.S. cement consumption occurs between May and October.
One advantage to slow season is that is can be great time to plan for scheduled shutdowns and maintenance. Each year, necessary maintenance is performed during a major plant shutdown. If the shutdown runs over the budgeted timeframe, it can have a significant financial impact on the business. That’s where we come in. Our team is able to manufacture prefabricated parts for our customers in order to promote productivity and minimize downtime during scheduled shutdowns.
